Hi, I’m Pui Ki (Peggy) Chan, a designer, photographer, and visual storyteller with over ten years of full-time experience serving in nonprofit and faith-based communities.

For the past decade, I worked as the Graphic Designer at World Christian Restaurant Ministries (WCRM), where I led visual communication efforts—including graphic design, photography, video production, branding, web content, and event design—to support community outreach and ministry growth. My work is deeply rooted in my Christian faith, and I believe creativity is a powerful way to serve, connect, and uplift others.

I hold a dual Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Photography, with a minor in Art History, and earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Photography. To stay current with evolving digital tools, I recently completed a UI/UX Design certificate program at UC Berkeley Extension, equipping me with user-centered design skills and front-end strategy.

I’m passionate about creating meaningful portraits, elegant visual identities, and intuitive digital experiences that reflect the heart of each project or person. Whether it's designing promotional materials for a church event or capturing the personality of a nonprofit through photography, I care about the details, the message, and most of all—the people behind the work.

I’m fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and I communicate easily across cultures. Currently, I hold a Canadian Open Work Permit and will be relocating to Canada at the end of May 2025. I look forward to continuing to serve and create in a new community.

When I’m not designing, you’ll likely find me sipping milk tea at a local café, visiting art exhibitions, or enjoying handcrafting projects. I love spending time with friends, and Sunday church gatherings are a regular rhythm in my life. I believe in slowing down to appreciate beauty, creativity, and the people around me.

你好，我是陳佩琪（Peggy Chan），一位設計師、攝影師與視覺敘事者，擁有超過十年的全職經驗，專注於非牟利機構與信仰社群中的創意服侍。

過去十年間，我於美國加州聖拉蒙的世界基督徒餐廳事工（WCRM）擔任平面設計師，負責統籌整體視覺溝通工作，包括平面設計、攝影、影片製作、品牌形象、網站內容管理與活動設計，支援社區關懷與教會事工的推廣與建立。我的創作深深植根於我的基督信仰，我相信創意是一種服侍的方式，能夠連結人心、傳遞盼望與美好。

我擁有平面設計與攝影雙學士學位（副修藝術史與視覺文化），並於三藩市藝術大學完成攝影藝術碩士學位（MFA）。為了持續精進數碼技能，我亦於2025年1月完成加州大學柏克萊分校的 UI/UX 設計課程，學習以使用者為中心的設計思維與前端策略。

我熱愛創作具有情感溫度的人像作品、具故事感的品牌視覺，以及清晰直覺的數碼互動介面。不論是為教會設計宣傳物料，或為非牟利組織拍攝形象照片，我都重視細節、信息，更重視背後那些真實的人與生命故事。

我能說廣東話、普通話與英語，擅長在多元文化中溝通與協作。目前我已獲得加拿大開放工作許可證（OWP），並將於2025年5月底移居加拿大，期望在新的社區中繼續以創作服侍人群與事工。

在工作之餘，你常會在咖啡店裡看到我喝著奶茶、看展覽，或在市集間欣賞手作的溫度。每週日我也會參加教會聚會，那是我與神與人重新連結、被更新的時間。我相信慢下來欣賞生活中的美與創意，是對世界最溫柔的回應。

Bio

Pui Ki (Peggy) Chan is a photographer and graphic designer with over ten years of full-time experience in nonprofit and faith-based visual communication. Originally from Hong Kong, Peggy earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Graphic Design and Photography, with a minor in Art History and Visual Culture from San Jose State University (2014), and completed her MFA in Photography at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco (2018). She further expanded her skills by completing a UI/UX Design Bootcamp at UC Berkeley Extension in January 2025.

From 2014 to 2024, Peggy served as the in-house photographer and graphic designer for World Christian Restaurant Ministries (WCRM) in San Ramon, California, where she supported community events, branding, and ministry communications through multimedia storytelling.

Peggy specializes in portrait, wedding, family, corporate, and product photography, and is especially passionate about using fashion photography to explore and express women's beauty. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and will be relocating to Canada in May 2025 under an Open Work Permit. She is available for commissions and collaborations in Canada, the U.S., and Asia.

陳佩琪（Peggy Chan）是一位擁有超過十年全職經驗的攝影師與平面設計師，長期投身於非牟利與信仰機構的視覺傳訊工作。她來自香港，於2014年畢業於美國聖荷西州立大學（San Jose State University），獲得平面設計與攝影雙學士學位，副修藝術史與視覺文化；並於2018年在三藩市藝術大學（Academy of Art University）完成攝影藝術碩士學位（MFA）。2025年1月，她完成了加州大學柏克萊分校 UI/UX 設計密集課程（Bootcamp），持續拓展數碼設計技能。
